It's a dropper bottle with a flat shoulder instead of a curved one. Hold ours next to our round 30 ml clear glass bottle and you'll get it in a second: the round one curves gently into the neck, this one goes straight up and then turns flat, like a little table top. Ours is a 30 ml flat-shoulder clear glass dropper bottle with a glass pipette on a 20 mm neck. Honestly, most people buy it because it looks smarter in a serum photo.

Anything your customer uses a few drops at a time. In a 30 ml bottle that's usually a face serum, but we also see facial oils, beard oil, hair serums and diluted essential oil blends go into these. The pipette means they measure it out rather than pour, and with a serum that cost them good money, nobody wants to pour.

Squeeze, dip, let go, and the serum climbs up the glass pipette. Hold it over clean fingertips (not over your face) and press slowly till the drops come; three or four is plenty. We get this question on WhatsApp all the time, and that's honestly all there is to it. The pipette goes straight back in afterwards and the collar screws down, so nothing dries on the tip.

About 600 drops, if it's a thin serum or face oil. One full pipette is roughly 1 ml, call it 20 drops; heavier oils come out in fatter drops, so you'll get fewer. Say your customer uses three or four drops morning and night. That 30 ml serum lasts them two, maybe three months. Put the number on your label. You'd be surprised how many people look for it.

It's a 20 mm neck, with the glass pipette, collar and teat already fitted. Choose Gold + White, Silver + White, Gold + Black, White + White or Black + Black when you order; collar first, teat second. Our spare 18 mm dropper sets won't go on a 20 mm neck, so if you want those, take the round 30 ml clear glass dropper bottle, which is 18 mm.

No. Clear glass lets light straight in, which is fine for a stable serum, a water-based one, or a 30 ml flat-shoulder clear glass dropper bottle that ships in a carton. Vitamin C, retinol and a pure essential oil keep better in our flat-shoulder amber glass dropper bottle.
-
Standing on a shelf, no. In a courier bag, maybe. A pipette's job is to let drops out, not to keep them in, so if the teat gets squashed or the bottle rolls around on its side, oil finds a way. Fill only to the shoulder. Pack it upright, teat up. A shrink band over the neck helps a lot. Shipping orders every day? Honestly, a euro dropper bottle with a screw cap is the safer bet, and there's no minimum on those.
-
No, and please don't skip this step. They come straight out of the factory cartons. Wash the 30 ml clear glass bottles, pipettes, collars and teats in warm soapy water and rinse them well, then sterilise with a 70% isopropyl alcohol rinse or hot water on the glass. Boiling the rubber teats ruins them, so don't. Dry everything upside down before a single drop goes in.
